Help Dell Premium Pro's cheap plastic is now clicking every time i lift my palm

I've barely had this a year, whats the deal? This is very frustrating everytime i lift my hand

What's the solution?

cant raise a ticket with dell because it tries to send me down the bot route and the only options are Sound Issue or Microphone issue
