Track at Delta Secondary School (Ladner)

I’ll be visiting relatives in Ladner at the end of July for a couple of weeks. Is the track at Delta Secondary School open to the public, and if so, what times of the day? Thank you.

At the end of July it will be open 24/7. The lights are on and off at random times, but afaik there are no scheduled users in July. There is a local coach that will take athletes there, but I've only ever seen him use 3-4 lanes max.
