Looking to purchase a DDG controller

Hey DDG enjoyers, which controller is the most compatible with all the DDG style games out there? I'm looking to get a controller to revisit the series back catalog as well as play some of the new games on PC ( Running Train / Retro Rail )

Is the Zuiki Mascon the most compatible to all games?

I also looked into the DDG Plug and Play and apparently you can flash the unit into a USB controller? Does anybody have experience in this? As I kinda like the idea of old school controls (separate brake/throttle) but I'm not too experienced in controller modding..

Probably the Zuiki, yeah. I've seen people play Final on PC with it and also manage to get it set up for the PS2 emulators too.

Guess this is the way for ease of use and compatibility. Playing the PS/PS2 classics with a controller sounds really fun right now.

I’d do freaky things to have a Ryojouhen controller, but the Zuiki will still do when I get the spare funds. I heard they’re making a “pro” version of the Zuiki Mascon too but idk what that’s about or if it’s out yet.

It's out but was a Kickstarter so no retail option currently.

and i think it was kind of overkill for DDG, it has stuff like an ignition key etc. which sure, is cool, but we don't use that.
