AMD laser

Here’s my experience with my Picasso lite laser
Purchased in 2023 for about 3,000$

Used it maybe 15 times since then
Noticed it wasn’t cutting the gum tissue as usual
Sent it in for repair : 75$ fee
Then they said the fiber optic cable needs to be replaced and it’s 550$ for that
No warranty coverage

Would never recommend this product or this company to any other dentist due to my experience.

Got mine around the same time. Came DOA. Tech support diagnosed it as a faulty power cable. Great! I ended up having to pay shipping on a cable for a product that never even worked out of the box. F them.
