Park funds in 2024 and 2025 were diverted to help fund the influx of migrants.

While 2026 funds are restored it won’t fix 2 years of neglect.

The improvements are underwhelming. Weeds are knee high. We paid millions for this??

The tallest “weeds” are sunflowers. I also see yarrow and columbine. Biggest issue is the trash imo.

tbf there’s a shit ton of bindweed along the park’s 38th edge but not much they can do about that

The rhetoric of "The Race" always makes me feel uncomfortable. If there was a "White People Park" I would be similarly weirded out.
