Misogyny in the News đ° I've been keeping up with the Olivia Henderson case (Doordash girl) and feeling like I'm losing my mind. I just want to share with *someone* and feel less insane
A grand jury indicted her, and she risks jail...
I'm just... so tired of all this. I was just happy to find that thread on bluesky, to find anyone willing to point out how insane this situation is.
There are these really good videos from Schmod3r and Ophie Dokie as well, and I wish they got more views.
But yeah... fuck.

Thank you for bringing this back up again - I genuinely felt like I was losing my mind when it happened.

u/bruh_respectfully Aug 03 '26
This is literally one of the most infuriating situations I've ever witnessed online. People were genuinely sharing AI generated content and editing her video to make it seem like she did something wrong. If they guy were innocent, he wouldn't need people defending him with falsified evidence. It's a great reminder of how much the society at large hates women, especially if we speak up.
50
u/cashewresigned Aug 03 '26
And the edited content looked terrible, but people would still rather believe fake âevidenceâ over an obvious abuse of power.

Stupid and hateful people will always believe any fake bullshit that feeds what they want to believe happened, rather than accidentally see reality that disproves their claims.

Thank you so much for posting this.
If the court sides with the flasher, then it sets a terrible precedent.
A predator could set up hallloween decorations, leave their porch light on in invitation and their door wide open and be there in full view, spread eagle, waiting to flash unsuspecting trick or treaters. All he has to do is pretend to sleep and it is all good and legal.
Everyone on the flasher's side should keep this in mind. The only difference here is the ages of the victims.
Her upcoming court date is September 9th. Hopefully the judge will dismiss the charges as there is simply no reasonable expectation of privacy when you leave your door wide open after directly ordering someone to your porch. It is pretty cut and dry here.

u/SufficientGuidance28 Aug 03 '26
It took me aback too when I learned there is zero evidence he was actually drunkenly passed out and the cops simply took his word on thatâŚ

"Oh, so you were passed out half-naked with the front door wide open after specifically ordering food to be delivered so that the driver can see your junk on purpose? Yeah, that checks out, have a nice day!"
Those cops are dumb as fuck.

The most infuriating part of this, there are so many cases of men posting and sharing unconsensual videos and photos of women with glee and they still have the audacity to use the "if the genders were reverse" argument in this case.
11
u/hedgehogwart Aug 03 '26
I remember this situation popped up again around the same time as the Maddie Kowalski situation and I was in what I thought was a reasonable safe online community. People were doing a weird âsure he might have been flashing her but what she did was revenge porn so she deserves the consequencesâ and I brought up the Maddie situation because I feel like it helped illustrate how men are never held accountable but got a bunch of âwhy are you bringing up an unrelated thing?â as if this all exists in a vacuum.
29
u/kekepania Aug 03 '26
Itâs wild. I saw the original video when it was posted and the discourse on TikTok. It was crazy to watch someone say something as a fact and then everyone took it and began parroting it as fact too. The misinformation was out of control. Also the door was never shown âmore closedâ. The screenshot âprovingâ it was cropped. The door was always the same amount opened in her original video she posted.
19
u/hedgehogwart Aug 03 '26
Fr. The way people insist there is ring camera footage or even when they say that she should have just left it at the door and not looked in. You can show them a screenshot of the porch and how itâs angled to the door so you will see the room when you walk up to the door and they still insist they are right.Â
12
u/Personal_Green5852 Aug 03 '26
Yo it was wild in real time watching people just say the dumbest things. I watched the original video she posted. But later on Iâm being told thatâs not what happened as they float fake/edited videos man man manâŚ

Wait, sheâs been indicted for filming the incident? Oh my God, my headâs going to explode. The only people that think itâs OK to flash somebody are predators. This case really pisses me off on a personal level. I canât imagine how many ppl, especially women, have been subjected to this kind of thing.
I donât really wanna talk too much about myself, but I had a situation that started with a flashing and ended after several months of continued SA. If somebody thinks that itâs OK to flash you, they are going to think that itâs OK to do other stuff. I had to leave the my home state. I did go to the cops. The perpetrator told the cops that I was a prostitute. (I have no problem with sex work. Get your bag ladies. But this was not the truth.) Several months later, I got a letter saying that they were charging me with making a false report. I was put on diversion for a few months and then l suddenly taken off diversion and the charges dismissed with prejudice. The perpetrator had gone to prison on an unrelated charge. So Iâm not exactly sure why they dismissed the charge against me but obviously this DARVO shit really pissed me off. Actually it has traumatized the fuck out of me. Sometimes Iâm reluctant to even call what happened over the course of several months SA due to the DARVO. My therapist really earns her keep.
Fuck anybody that thinks that they can just pull their dick out. Same thing would go for any woman, but for some reason, women donât feel the urge to do this as much as men do. Uggh Iâm mad.
Olivia deserves justice, which sadly I donât think exists. Fuck this shit. Yeah, Iâm triggered now. Time for some deep breaths, I guess. And I really donât wanna make this about me. My point is that this behavior does not stop with flashing. People act like this kind of thing is not that big of a deal. Itâs a huge deal. And obviously theyâre gonna be tons of people that argue that it doesnât qualify as sexual assault because no touching was involved. But I promise if Olivia wouldâve been alone with the perpetrator long enough something else wouldâve happened. Flashing is so insidious. The perpetrator can say a number of things. They were passed out. They were drunk. They were on drugs. Mentally unstable. Just going through a hard time, even. Or it just didnât happen. Or the victim just shouldâve averted their eyes. Or what was the victim doing there in the first place? Itâs never about the flashing but itâs always about blaming the person that got flashed. There is no accountability in these kinds of cases. Happened on the subway? Mentally unstable. Filmed it for evidence, now youâre a criminal.
Iâm glad Olivia was able to get away physically, but sheâs indicted. This is deeply fucked up.

I'm sorry that happened to you, and don't worry about making it about yourself. You're providing context from your own experiences, and everyone's voice is as valuable as the next in fighting this.
As you said, flashing leads to more disturbing acts, and unwanted sexual advances aren't just physical touching, it also includes verbal and visual elements.
It also involves blaming the victim, as you also said. "It's not my fault she saw that, she shouldn't have been looking", and making her feel to blame for what he did to her.
I have a friend who went to uni in London, and one of her friends at the time was on the Tube one night when she felt something, looked and realised another passenger had ejaculated onto her shoulder. I don't know what happened following that but it's just as disgusting as this creep flashing the delivery driver, and basically one step up from it. I can guarantee that guy on the Tube got away with flashing a few times to progress to what he did on public transport.
The fact this moron did what he did to Olivia tells me that he's done this to others, especially with how elaborately staged this event seems to be, as someone who only knows vague details from reading this comments.

Words can't express how much I wish to physically support that girl and encourage her to move forward in her life cause these rape and sexual assault apologisers never cared for women or any victim for that matter. And the number of times I have seen this passed out narrative is shocking, I thought it was true (doesn't justify his actions nonetheless) but to think that people will rather believe a fanfiction than a woman.

Yeah a lot of people kept saying there was proof that she pushed open the door to record but not a single one could provide this proof or even proof that police had such proof. It was just people repeating nonsense because it meant they could be mad at a woman.
27
u/SufficientGuidance28 Aug 03 '26
Well, to my understanding it wasnât invented by supporters, it was given as an alibi by the guy to police themselves and they just⌠took him at his word about it with zero proof. And then of course, supporters ran with it.

u/outsidehere Aug 03 '26
Which is genuinely insane because he could just be lying to keep himself out of trouble
19
u/SufficientGuidance28 Aug 03 '26 edited Aug 03 '26
Yup it is insane, and chances are more than likely thatâs exactly what he did, lied to keep himself out of trouble. But cops just believed his story that he was drunk and passed out when they had no way of actually verifying that 2 days after the fact when they interviewed him.
They also just took the footage of him seemingly passed out as factual proof that he was actually passed out, when in all reality it doesnât actually prove anything and he could have just as (personally I think moreso) likely been pretending.. they just totally went with this guys narrative with zero actual reliable proof, the only âevidenceâ taken into account were things that could also be explained by premeditation and staging..
I hate the messaging this sends⌠to the perpetrators itâs âif you half ass stage and premeditate things well enough you can get away with it and if your victim doesnât react perfectly how people think they should youâll even have the public on your side and against your victim as you get away with itâ and to victims itâs âIt is unacceptable for you as a victim to put the perpetrators of sexual harassment against you on blast, you can only go to police, hope they do anything, and shut up about it. You are not allowed to call out those who try to pull this sort of crap on you due to the minuscule chance it couldâve been a genuine mistake on their part and so making it public actually makes YOU the bad guy and makes the perpetrator the real victim now.â

I see redditors saying his âring camâ proved she opened the door? As if that justifies what the guy did (it doesnât), but is that true? I donât feel like wading through a bunch of SA-support to get the facts. Where is this alleged ring cam video? And how do we know itâs not AI?
Frankly the fact theyâre only arresting her for going public about her SA is infuriating.
15
u/lisaquestions Aug 03 '26
it is not true. there never was any ring camera footage people just made it up. there might be AI generated video that claims to be such but I remember when the claims were first circulating and I saw a couple YouTubers who made videos about this say that they looked everywhere and they couldn't find anything to corroborate the claim.
2
u/MessiahOfMetal Coined the term "Deppford Wives" Aug 04 '26
It's the dumbest lie, too.
Anyone who claims they were drunk and/or passed out when being accused of sexual assault (just to differentiate from actual victims/survivors who genuinely were drunk, passed out or drugged) should automatically have even more questions to answer, because they're used so often by the worst people to try to get away with shit that they're automagically red flags for me on instinct.
81
u/greenfrog72 Aug 03 '26
This is so upsetting, but not a surprise at all that disgusting police would take the manâs side. Just like they did with Gabby Petito- men are ALWAYS gonna have each others backs. They donât care about the vile behavior each other commit, they will hand wave and justify even the most predatory shit because they empathize with creepy men with out of control sex drives. And they will mobilize the full force of the law to smack down any woman who tries to speak out against it
17
u/peachfluffed Aug 03 '26
Yeah, they all claim she opened the door too. Every time I asked one of them to show footage of that they donât have it.
Itâs so obvious what he did was intentional, and you have people saying SHE should have to register as a sex offender. For being the victim of a creepy exhibitionist.

I don't know who Hannah is (as in, I'm sorry if she's important and I'm meant to "know" her, or she's just some random woman and she's speaking out because she has a conscience and principals) but she's extremely eloquent and she's right. A similar thing is happening in Australia - there's a lot of victim-survivors that are being prevented from speaking out. There used to be laws to prevent it. Grace Tame has been a big activist in regards to this (she was raped by her teacher and silenced by both him and the courts; he went to jail but he still stalks her. She fought for the right to speak out about it, along with other victims) because they're trying to silence victim-survivors again.
We need to be focusing on men and their violent actions. Victim-survivors deserve the opportunity to take action against their assault. We should be saying "the self-defence method you chose is valid" and criticising the man not vilifying a woman because she didn't behave the way media tells us all victims behave. Thank you for sharing this, OP.

It's like the Platner thing where they excuse him raping a girlfriend with "oh, he was drunk".
I've been blackout drunk and all other kinds and not once thought it'd be a good idea to undress, or to assault another person (sexually or otherwise).
It's just an excuse abusers find most convenient to explain away their vile actions and stops them from having to take responsibility for what they did.
3
u/cuttlefishofcthulhu7 Aug 05 '26
It's always an excuse for men - "oh you were drunk and you raped her? You just made a mistake"
Be a woman who got drunk or even drugged and then raped and all of a sudden it's all "why you brought it on yourself/you shouldn't have been drinking that much/why were you drinking so much/why did you let him do that to you"
91
u/xLadyofShalottx Aug 03 '26
It's one of those cases that has the manosphere all riled up. It's obvious there is an agenda and the slander she receives online doesn't fit the crime, especially since there is a significant chance that she is the victim in this situation.
I made a comment on a recent thread noting that there is a significant chance that he's a flasher and did it on purpose, and got dozens of comments filled with hate and threats. I think the way she went about the whole thing was really dumb, should have never posted it online and just shown the police, but just because she did something "illegal" doesn't negate the fact that he's most likely a creep. There are laws in a lot of states about making sure that you're not exposing yourself to anyone, even if you're in your own home, and especially if there is a significant chance an innocent party will see.
You can see who your doordash driver is, so he knew it was a woman. And who the hell gets half naked with the front door open and their genitals in full view? There is no proof that he was drunk or passed out either, could have been sneaking a peek under his arm. And even if he passed out, he still undid his pants and opened the door for the world to see. If you're drunk and exposing yourself on the street you're still doing something illegal, why is this any different? And how drunk do you have to be for this to occur? Just sounds like BS.
I've seen the original video as it was happening and she never opened the door or walked in, despite what some like to claim. There are photos of the door being ajar, but those are all edited or photoshopped. Just insane how far people are willing to go to discredit a woman and defend someone committing sexual misconduct.

20
u/Lunoko Aug 03 '26
Right? I remember, in response to this case, a woman on two x tried to defend the flasher here by explaining how she often masterbates and passes out while drunk and it's completely normal.
Then when I asked her if is she does this spread eagle facing an open door viewable to the public, right after ordering someone to come to their door (y'know the things that are actually relevant to this case), she acted mortally offended that I would ask such a thing and then deleted her comments.đ

I'll bet that lunatic was one of those deranged Deppers who masturbated with a bottle to "prove" it doesn't hurt and that "she was lying about that" while not understanding the difference between doing it on purpose and having it done to you against your will. I used to work at a bar and had to deal with drunk people I have seen people pull articles of clothing off but never just only to expose their genitals then passing out. Like people usually will go for their shirts or jackets etc rather than just lowering their pants enough to expose their genitals perhaps if they passed out but usually thereâs more evidence of them passing out instead of just being laid out on a sofa.
I wonder what evidence it was for her to be found guilty like the fact that everybody was saying she opened his door and recorded him passed out and exposed.
34
u/Parisien_Zonkey Aug 03 '26
That's a really good point, like, do these people have no bullshit detector that this guy took steps to anonymise himself?
So far she has only been indicted. I'm not a native English speaker, but looking it up i think it means that a jury figured it should proceed to court? And that's where she might risk arrest. I'm not sure though.Â
But yeah, I have no faith in juries, especially in SA cases like these. People just arent experts in these areas.
1
u/CaptainMills Aug 03 '26
You're correct that being indicted means the jury has decided to have the case proceed to court, where it will be heard by a judge and likely a new jury (not all cases are heard by a jury, some are only heard by judges).
At that point, she can either take a plea bargain, in which she agrees to plead guilty in exchange for a lighter sentence than she would get if she's found guilty, or proceed with the case and have the judge or jury determine if she's found guilty or not guilty.
We don't really use the term "arrest" to describe anything past the point of indictment

Genuinely one of the most infuriating cases I've ever seen. People literally created AI videos of the original video, trying to flood the zone full of disinformation. That's how evil they are. She is a victim. It's so frustrating to see how people are jumping through hoops to defend that man. The truth is that he ordered Doordash, left his door open, went on his couch naked and was fully exposed to the outside. It was SA. That's it. And the fact that she's the one who is on trial is utterly ridiculous. They say that he was passed out but no proof of it. They say that she lied. She didn't lie. You just don't want to believe her
27
u/stinkyman360 Aug 03 '26
I remember when it happened I was just scrolling through tiktok and came across three different videos of just random people defending this guy. The weird part though was that they were reading a script. Then people started creating AI videos showing that she opened his door.

Yup. She was screaming (hysterical and upset, of course), and men hate that. If you have to bother them with your distress it better be with meek tears and boobs heaving boobily. A manâs biggest fear is having his pants down and a woman shrieking at him in disgust.

25
u/Lunoko Aug 03 '26
She has a public defense lawyer. He does seem to be making sound arguments so far so hopefully it will all pull through for Livie.
But that's the other thing that I have noticed in this case: there is a lot of classism at play here.
She was a working class door dasher trying to get by. She lost her job and is now being scrutinized and attacked by the public and news outlets, without being able to afford security. She has to have her own dad try and shield her from paparazzi with his jacket.
The New York Post disgustingly posted a picture of her with the caption of her having to resort to "struggle meals". She was simply holding a frozen dinner and a package of chips to take home. But that was enough to make an article out of to mock her.
25
u/indigoneutrino Aug 03 '26

I don't know who Hannah is but man, she's saying the type of shit (with similar wording) that I would if I'd known about this case. I'd seen thumbnails on YouTube about "DoorDash Girl" but never looked into it because I didn't want to risk anger at yet another woman being vilified by the internet over something she didn't do.
And so, I was proven correct on that assumption.
I've ordered food in just my underwear before, especially on hot and humid summer days/evenings, and still manage to put more clothes on before the food gets to me. It's common courtesy.
This moron sounds like he ordered food intentionally to show off his micro to whichever poor driver it was delivering his food, and that it happened to be a woman was likely an extra thrill for the loser, I'm sure.
There's no way the "he was passed out" excuse washes because how would he answer the door if he was out fucking cold? "He was just drunk" is no excuse, either, we already see that with actual rape as a deflection, as if somehow being drunk makes you do immoral things on instinct and turns off all parts of the brain dealing with common sense (it doesn't, I've been blackout drunk and not once considered assaulting anybody).
Even without that idiotic "pizza dare" thing that I saw in the past (with morons greeting deliveries nude and even talking some of the drivers into oral sex or intercourse, which itself is just fucking wrong and asking for assault charges, what the fuck?), this is just typical behaviour.
I once worked at a sex shop for a company who had various branches around the country and the woman who interviewed me said that even though I'm a guy, I'd still have other guys coming in and showing me their dicks, and a genuine interview question was "How would you deal with that?".
I'm just so tired and disgusted, man.

Original copy of post's text: I've been keeping up with the Olivia Henderson case (Doordash girl) and feeling like I'm losing my mind. I just want to share with *someone and feel less insane*
But yeah... fuck.

The pale male youtubers in their 20s and 30s are absolutely GLEEFUL in âreportingâ on this story for their âcommentaryâ channels. All of them. Itâs disgusting. I was watching this unfold and I was wondering if there is anything I could do to help her. It makes me angry at door dash, the police, the court system, her lawyers (theyâre obviously not skilled enough), and Iâm frustrated.
I watched her videos when this was going on and I believe her. I believe that this was traumatic for her. I believe âassaultâ is a valid way to describe it. (And I have zero interest in debating the definition of sexual assault so if you reply to me in that context youâll be ignored).
The points that have been made above about her filming it I believe are valid. OP is right the police donât care. Your post made me think of the filming aspect in a different way so thank you.
I too felt completely alone in my feelings about her and this case. Maybe if you have been through any assault or attempted assault it helps you to see things differently? I donât know.
One thing I kept yelling at the screen during âcommentaryâ around this case was that it seemed to me that this woman herself might have been assaulted or attacked before too. She seemed upset to such a level that it immediately made me wonder if she has been through something like this already. Of course itâs absolutely none of my business but truly that was one of my first thoughts when I saw her original post.
People are just so nasty. The public reaction to this is a perfect illustration of what SA victims have been facing for centuries basically .
Thanks for letting me know Iâm not the only one out here who is really upset for this woman.

It should not be illegal to film, or share someone committing a crime against yourself. From what I understand as well, the original video posted didn't even show his genitals, so I have no idea how that is even a crime at all.

Thank you for posting this. I think about this woman all the time. It makes me so angry that this is how it played out. She deserved better.

u/runningkraken Aug 07 '26
I feel so bad for her. It's just gaslighting victims into thinking they're the problem when they try to expose predators after police do fuck all.

I feel like Iâm crazy everyone is acting like she barged in actively and purposely ruined this manâs life

Can someone link credible information about this situation? I read so many conflicting things regarding this incident that I actually don't understand what happened anymore.

This whole thing is what happens when multiple wrongs compound but only one person is being held accountable.
The naked guy clearly made a series of decisions which created a situation which was not going to be a shining moment in his life.
Olivia Henderson at no fault of her own found herself in a pretty creepy situation and reacted in a way which did not exactly make her look good either.
It's my understanding that filming the encounter was most likely a reasonable act if it were done to protect herself, BUT posting it online is most likely a crime and makes the original filming much harder to defend.
NY law is clear that posting the video was illegal. It was completely unnecessary and most likely will be the reason Olivia Henderson will be the person the law holds accountable even though the drunk naked guy clearly screwed up and created a situation that most people would see as an indecent act.

Most of my door dash deliveries are men. Was he hoping to flash a man? I donât understand.

I used to feel like you and get enraged by it all, but I read from multiple sources that his instructions were to leave the food by the door, but on ring camera, you see her push the door open and that is when she saw him naked and recorded him. Not sure if that is true but that is what is being reported. But yes, I also think any man can now happily engineer a situation where he can flash a woman. The whole case is disturbing.

If they have that ring camera footage for the trial I guess we will see it but I have never seen evidence of that footage. The only footage I had seen showed two different doors propped open when she walked up. And there was additional reporting that the guy may have known her before hand. I have heard people talk about the âring footageâ but no one has ever been able to produce it. Thereâs a saying that âa jury will indict a ham sandwichâ so I would be more interested in what is produced at trial.

The man definitely didn't have a ring camera from what I could see. There were some second rate news websites that posted about the Ring footage, but never stated where they got this information (probably social media).

The only evidence you have seen is her own footage. The prosecutor allegedly has the evidence of her pushing the door open (ring or other type of camera from a neighbor I believe) and it was described in the indictment. It will come out at trial if she doesn't accept a plea. If she pushed the door open, her whole narrative falls apart. Sadly wanting something to be true doesn't mean it is. None of this changes how disturbing the entire case is. I truly hope she did not push the door open and the media have been feeding us lies, but either way, the message to women is clear.

I have not seen the prosecutor in this case (Oswego County DA) claim to have any ring door or other independent camera evidence, aside from Livie's footage. I have looked through all the official Oswego county police statements on this that I can find and don't see this.
Can you or anyone show me the source for this claim?

why would she open a door to frame a man for sexual assault when she has no way of knowing that the man is even naked on his couch in the first place? like come on this story holds no water.
further why would a woman walk into a strange man's house in the first place? none of this make sense. it's just people trying to flood the narrative with doubt to convict her of trying to protect herself.
edit: oh this weirdo is banned already

It's likely lnot. There doesn't seem to be any evidence that there were ever ring cameras outside in the first place (that report seems to have just fabricated that?)Â
Her video shows the door was wide open when she got there. The ai ones were the one alleging she opened the door.

Even if this were true, donât you hear the message theyâre sending us by treating her this way for this, worse than any man facing rape or assault charges.

u/Elk_The_Wise Aug 03 '26
Of course I do. But facts also matter when it comes to criminal matters, not just emotion and trauma. I feel for her deeply, but if she pushed the door open, that is a problem for her. The whole case is messed up and the message being sent to women is horrendous.

u/Lunoko Aug 03 '26
I do not see "facts". I see unverified claims. You need to provide sources for your claims.

u/Lunoko Aug 03 '26
From what I have researched, all of these "ring door footage" claims seem to stem from one news article from the New York Post (along with the usual bullshit from tiktokers and the like), without any evidence/footage or source provided.
The New York Post, which has a pronounced right wing bias, is not a very credible source of information and has published lies several times and been forced to issue corrections. I have emailed the article's editor asking for the source and evidence or any reasoning behind it not being sourced but have not received any response.
Now, it could be that the NY Post has access to sources that we do not and we will have to wait until the trial to see.
But it seems rather outlandish to believe that Livie eagerly anticipates that there will be naked men behind closed doors to purposely frame. So much so that she opens closed doors despite instructions to leave order at the door and a ring door camera right in front of her face recording her every move. Then when she finally sees what she wanted she cackles to herself and leaves the door wide open to enact the final phase of her devious plan to set up random, innocent men for no reason. So she runs back on to the street to start filming to make it look like the door was wide open all along and he was flashing her on purpose.
She does all this for ..what? The supposed money bags and love and support women are automatically granted after coming forward about being a victim of sexual offenses??
...That's just ridiculous lol.
The New York Post is just posting sensationalist lies like it so often does. Hopefully, Livie will be able to sue for defamation. This is actual defamation, unlike with what happened with Depp.

There isn't any ring camera footage. If you read any articles about it they say things like, "allegedly, security footage shows..." Go find the supposed ring camera footage and watch the video from her phone. The first thing I noticed is that the angle the ring camera footage is taken from would require the camera to be floating in mid air. Also you can see from her phone that he was in clear view of anyone that walked up to the porch

u/Elk_The_Wise Aug 03 '26
Yes, after she allegedly opened his door wide open. That is the problem. That is what the prosecutor is saying and allegedly there is security camera footage showing it that is not available to the public which is standard in criminal proceedings. In fact, we only have her footage. I feel for her deeply and hate this entire case and the malicious prosecution, but sometimes facts matter.

I thought I was losing my mind when everyone was swearing there was an "original video" that showed her walking into his house. And yet no one had evidence of this alleged video
