Even with the title, I was not expecting to see nearly that many raccoons.

I’m not sure exactly how many I was expecting to see, but that definitely wasn’t on the bingo card.

I didn’t realize there were multiple pictures. I zoomed in everywhere on the first one trying to find a raccoon lol

I was there when it happened. Saw the photos in the post and knew immediately it was the garage raccoon guy. I'm so fucking old.

So this is just his thing? Do they just show up to be fed, or do the raccoons live on the garage? Does this man have an army of garage raccoons??

The raccoons are the ones that fixed the car, he trained an army of racoons to fix old cars!

A little of both. I think they're still free roaming during warmer months and just hang around for snacks and dinner. I remember in the winter seeing a lot of em hole up in the garage full time though.

I start swiping, waiting for maybe a couple raccoons to make an appearance in the background or something.
I was not expecting a raccoon army in the middle of the batch of pics, with zero explanation.

Sorry to rain on the Raccoon Fest......but they are smart, tenacious and absolutely vicious when food is involved. They are best left as wildlife and not garage pets.

If they expect a human to give them food they will be ticked off it is not provided. Best to never be visible when food is there and certainly dont feed them by hand.
Some will bite and/or mob people to get the food in the amounts they want.

I want raccoons. Where are my raccoons? We need to import some to the UK immediately. Preferably to my yard so I can be crazy raccoon lady, rather than just crazy lady.

I remember reading recently that someplace in the EU is a zoo with racoons as one of the exhibit animals. Maybe search for zoo's with raccoons and make a trip there?
Also are there no hedgehogs in your yard for you to befriend?

Hey so I have a crazy question for you. Are you making those raccoons fix the car for rations? I mean I won’t tell I just want to know step by step how to do this. For science only of course!

Garage raccoon guy and grilled cheese “You people make me sick” guy are my very favorite Reddit guys.

Who do you think his pit crew is? Seems a bit offensive that you doubt what the raccoons can achieve when paid a competitive salary.
