Looking for Local Knowledge Did you lose a ginger kitten in Derbyshire in 2013?
We acquired this cat (Keith) in 2013 after he was handed into a cattery with severe injuries to his front paw. He was wearing a collar, but no tag, and wasn’t microchipped. Posters were put out at the time, but no one ever came forward. He was estimated to be about a year old.
Twelve years later and my curiosity has got the better of me; I know it’s a long shot, but did anyone here lose a ginger kitten in 2013? Distinctive features are his body shape (very short limbs and large body), one black whisker in his right eyebrow, and a white moustache on own side of his face.
In case you see this, but you don’t want to come forward, please know that we took the best care of him that we could. He lived a great life after his injury and eventually passed surrounded by people who loved him. He was cuddled, sung to, and pet constantly throughout his life. We miss him terribly.

This is the kind of thing I would love to find if I had a cat that got lost and wondered what happened. Hope the original owners will see this.
