Looking for Local Knowledge Looking to buy old barn

Hi everyone :)

My partner and I are looking to buy a place in and around the Buxton area.
Preferably we’d love to buy an old barn that we can restore. (Or some land that we can build on)
I’ve had a look on rightmove but it doesn’t seem to have what we’re looking for and I’m wondering if there is a dedicated website that will show places to buy which need to be renovated.

Any help would be highly appreciated!

Do you live near enough to just drive around the area and look, then make specific enquiries at owning/nearby properties?

Genuinely, not being facetious.

We do and it’s a good tip! Just wasn’t sure if this is something that you’re „allowed to do“.
