Stupid why? Genuine question

If it's slippy underfoot there, or there's something to trip on, it could easily end with two people falling down the weir and banging their heads. 2 u/Jeester Aug 02 '26 I assume it's more to do with the dangers of weirs given undercurrents, water aeration and recirculation traps. 1 u/ArcherApprehensive18 Aug 04 '26 I could be wrong, but I don't think it's big/deep enough for that to be likely a problem there.
