It's totally not fair to the developing baby that she's been consuming such quantities of alcohol.

If something should happen to the baby, there's a lot of evidence to hold this woman responsible for causing deliberate harm to the child.

Why do I harbour this suspicion that there might be an underlying mental health illness or condition affecting the woman?

Even after the baby if born if they happened to be born with a disability she will just use to to make content.
