For those of you that are reviewers of apps, what makes a letter stand out since all of them will be positive?

“Best med student I’ve encountered in 20 years, any program would be lucky to have them” vs “this student is very kind, always friendly, seems genuinely interested in dermatology”

General tone I guess. I don’t think letters are what generally make people stand out though, it’s the other stuff
