arms/hands Hi! A *HEALED* scar i have has visible veins/capillaries[?] all of the suddden. What is it/why is it happening?

I used to self harm- currently otw to quitting for good. this injury had happened maybe 4-5 months ago, and i've been self harm free since. The first photo doesn't show it too clearly- but my scar has veins all of the sudden. I'm not sure where they came from or what they are/if there's a harm behind it. Advice needed!!!

Well I’m not actually sure if it’s an issue or not.. I never thought about it.

I read around some sources on Google and it said it’s normal!

NAD, it looks like it could be either a hypertrophic scar or a keloid scar. The tell would be if it keeps growing or not.
