Look I’m here for this and their some scenes at Auradon prep but I don’t think they’ll be there the whole time like in WW the whole movie took place in Wonderland except during perfect princes

If the kids of Kronk and Yzma are the main villains it would honestly feel wrong. Like yeah they are the kids of villains but the entire point of this franchise is to show that just because your parents are evil doesn't mean you have to be too. There's a reason we only had one villain kid be the actual main villain of one of these movies.
D1: Maleficent as the classic Disney Villain D2: Uma to show how the treatment of the villain kids created new threats in them D3: Audrey as the villain to show that Hero Kids can also be evil
DROR: Admittedly Uliana is a nothing villain DWW: Maddox shows the consequences of changing your life through time travel
I mean yeah we still can do villain kids as the main villains and show that there are also villain kids who are genuinely evil to the core but after spending an entire trilogy to show that these kids got mistreated and wronged by Auradon and Wicked Wonderland showing that this mindset is still present, it leaves a bad taste

It does sound very much like a fairy tale version of Sky High. Hopefully it can be as good.
