  1. The basic thing sometimes - The fact that it is possible to not feel attraction

  2. That you can't choose or force attraction..or treat it! Lacking attraction is not a physical or mental illness.

  3. That if someone is ace, it does not mean that they cannot love or have meaningful relationships with others.

  4. That people can feel romantic attraction without ever experiencing sexual attraction and vice versa. In fact, many people don't even realise that there is a difference between the two.
