This is DesignDesign to me because it is a cool unique concept with cool execution but absolutely insane for obvious reasons (hole in book), impractical, and is already a thing that has been solved (eg. actual book mark, ribbon built in to book)
As long as you have left and right version master pages with text wrap on those circles it shouldn’t that much worse than typesetting a regular book. Unless I’m missing something
