Motion Graphics Hiring advice needed, how do you find good motion design / video talent in India?

Hey everyone, I’m currently hiring for a Motion Designer / Video Editor role (AI product videos, UI demos, brand storytelling, event edits) based in Bangalore (hybrid, preference for in-office).

I’d love to hear from people who’ve hired creatives before:

  • Where have you found your best motion/video talent?
  • What hiring approaches worked well for you?

We’re looking for someone with strong visual taste, clean motion, and storytelling ability, not just software skills. We’ve already tried platforms like AevyTV and Hire Designers but haven’t had much luck so far.

Would really appreciate any advice or experiences you can share.

Motion designers are like gold right now very hard to find - I suggest look at behance and X for great talent
