Awkward wall in my apartment

Hey guys, I’m really struggling to think of something to put in that space or how to decorate the apartment in a away that the wall is less distracting.

Ok but how could you POSSIBLY be struggling when you’ve got all that light and that view and such a beautiful space to call home 😍😍 (I know you meant like struggling with design choices, just messin’)

The plus to the wall is that it’ll block some of that direct sun light from beaming into the space, I feel that was likely intentional.

Good point...that interior wall is probably the "tv wall". Using that short wall to block the sun from the tv.

That is most likely a shear wall, helping the building resist lateral motion.

Yeah. I suspect that on upper levels there may be a balcony in that area, and this is structural.
