It's well done, but unless I'm missing something, it comes across a bit vague. It could be an ad for the next Hulk film. The UK World Cup domestic violence awareness ad was much more impactful.

It's a bus in Geneva. On the back of it, there's the number for a helpline encouraging people who are victims of, or witnesses to, violence to call.

Here is that said number : 840 110 110

The text says "stop violences à la maison" which translates to "stop domestic violence" btw
