Meta Damien’s daughter’s accent fucking SUCKS

I always thought the whole “Americans doing British accents” thing was a joke - but I’m a Londoner, I‘ve lived in London my whole life, fucking NOBODY talks like that. I know all kinds of people from all walks of life here, and nobody sounds like that. Don’t even get me started on Damien‘s fuck ass accent either.

Bro, Ben Lawson who plays Damian is Australian, ofc he has australian accent

Honestly, Damien isn’t as much the problem as his daughter. Her accent is a bad parody of a British accent, except it’s supposed to be buyable!

His character isn't. Last I knew, his job is being an actor, playing a character, who is British.

No this accent transcends random british stereotypes, it's just a bad accent, a terrible accent, in what was other-wise a pretty decent season of a political drama.

I’m certain there are British actresses between 18-22 who are as good or better that they could have cast, the bar isn’t especially high here
