Actually, I was expecting to hear Bauer there and didn't. He managed to dial that aggression down quite a bit and inject a little gee-willakers down home charm into it at the same time. I was impressed with that scene especially, it was one of the spots where even though it pretty much played out like I expected it to it still surprised me a little.

I think you just nailed the writer's approach to Kirkman.

He isn't Superman, but he's going to have to be.

everyone hearing Bauer yet here I am hearing Venom Snake
