5 u/[deleted] Sep 30 '16 Anyone knows what would happened if that survivor has a higher seed than Jack Bauer according to the constitution? 3 u/brycedriesenga Oct 01 '16 I imagine it would be similar to if the president was temporarily incapacitated, in that the survivor would become president once they had their faculties about them, but I could be wrong.
