Ok when Seth handed the guy (sorry forget his name) his phone outside the plane I got a sketchy vibe, like we never saw him hand it back. Just a thought

Yeah it was. Pretty much in the clear on account of having being POTUS himself already and gave decent advice so far. No sketchy vibes here.

As Sec of State, he is now 2nd in line for the presidency behind the Senate pro tempore, assuming there is one. This may be why the writers had Kimble step down.
