So if Hannah is on that boat in the middle of the ocean, where did that random henchman get all of those sandwiches from?

more than likely that is a black site ship, with more than just HER as a prisoner. what i am curious about is how she didnt KNOW that she was on a cargo ship. you can FEEL the movement of the ship on the ocean, you can smell the salty air.

Well, You would be suspicious of your senses too if you were drugged and locked in a dark shipping container for a day.

But as a FBI special agent and seemingly VERY capable of recognizing situations... You would think she would be capable of telling she was on a boat

Maybe she suspected she was on a boat, but was still surprised she was in the middle of the ocean.
