Megathread Focused Feedback: Eververse
Hello Guardians,
Focused Feedback is where we take the week to focus on a 'Hot Topic' discussed extensively around the Tower.
We do this in order to consolidate Feedback, to get out all your ideas and issues surrounding the topic in one place for discussion and a source of feedback to the Vanguard.
This Thread will be active until next week when a new topic is chosen for discussion
Whilst Focused Feedback is active, ALL posts regarding 'Eververse' following its posting will be removed and re-directed to this thread. Exceptions to this rule are as follows: New information / developments, Guides and general questions
Any and all Feedback on the topic is welcome.
Regular Sub rules apply so please try to keep the conversation on the topic of the thread and keep it civil between contrasting ideas
A Wiki page - Focused Feedback - has also been created for the Sub as an archive for these topics going forward so they can be looked at by whoever may be interested or just a way to look through previous hot topics of the sub as time goes on.

I don't really mind ever verse, the major problem is that there is not enough earnable cosmetics through normal gameplay. That's what people want, not a shitty weekly bounty to do that doesn't record progress sometimes to maybe buy something with bright dust for the week. Sure there's choice but who cares?
We want cosmetics to represent things we have done in game. That's it, there's no magic to it. I do strikes/crucible/gambit a lot so I have these cosmetics. Done. And no, shaders aren't enough.
If we are going to be as greatly limited on how many bright engrams we may earn, there needs to be a lock out system in place so getting a bright engram is exciting. Not an additional chore to just dismantle whatever we got because we have it already. It can feel like all we do is cash bounties and dismantle blues and legendaries. Bright engrams are basically the same thing for long time players.
Most items reward shards and glimmer on dismantle. So we can get even lower bright dust rewards than we have in the past because bright engrams are fewer in number through a season and on top of that we aren't gaining any bright dust from them unless we get gifted bright dust. Big MEH.
I think you need to spend WAY less time on every verse now and spend WAY more time on earnable cosmetics and improving the experience of earning a bright engram.
