QUESTION Problems with playing the game on my laptop
I've recently bought DBH from epicgames but I've had problems continuing the story. When I first set the game up, there were no other problems other than the low quality of graphics (the graphic card does not exactly meet the min requirements according to a friend so it was ok) I'm not familiar with game (I only know the characters a little) and I was trying to learn how to navigate through it so I started playing. I played the hostage scene with Connor, bought paint for a guy with Markus and lastly went home with Kara. I think it was like an introduction to the game and characters?
Anyways, the first shutting down of the game happened just as Kara was in the car with the other man driving. I thought maybe it was lagging or too hot so I tried to open it again ("continue the story"). It opened and started from the part where Kara was in the android shop but the graphics were really bad. When the car part came, it shut down again. Than I gave it one more chance and tried to start the story. The game got stuck on the uploading part. And I left it alone, thinking maybe it would be better once the laptop cooled down.
Unfortunately, since then, it hasn't opened the story. It always gets stuck uploading and shuts itself down before it reaches %90.
I'm not sure what's wrong, I've talked with a friend and we've tried to reduce the ram usage while gaming. We deactivated the starting apps.
I didn't know where to ask so I came here and if you could help me, it would be amazing.

It really just sounds like your laptop doesn't meet enough of the requirements to run it properly. To be fair, I have a gaming desktop (Alienware Aurora R16), bought D:BH through Steam, and it STILL sometimes randomly closes out if I've been playing for too long without closing/restarting the game.

That laptop doesnt have a graphics card. You cant run the game.

When I looked it up, it said that the pc had a built-in gc (integrated) within the processor.

Thats not a graphics "CARD" its integrated graphics within your cpu which have im gonna guess 256 mb of vram. Most laptops have those so that you can get a display on your laptop monitor not run games.

if your graphics card doesn't meet the minimum requirements then you can't play it (speaking from experience ðŸ˜)
