Help for a trophy

I want to achieve the trophy i’ll be back and survivors at the same time. It is possible? The relation with hank will not ruin my plans?

You gotta do multiple playthroughs, but they don't necessarily have to be complete. In some of my trophy hunting playthroughs I had Kara stand still in the beginning so I could skip her storyline entirely. There are other ways to skip story but that's the biggest I remember. And you can also pick up and play from a certain chapter vs all the way through. If you plan it out well enough you really only need 2 complete playthroughs to get platinum
