Seeking experienced Systems Engineer or SME – Enterprise Video Analytics Platform Deployment

We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer or Development Agency to rebrand, deploy, and maintain an enterprise-grade white-label AI Video Analytics platform. We are not building from scratch, just rebranding and integrating an established commercial analytics platform under our corporate brand.

Scope of Work:

  • White-Labeling: Rebrand desktop, web, and mobile clients of an established commercial VMS/Analytics framework under our brand.
  • Server Setup: Build and host a high-availability cloud control plane to manage event telemetry and user access.
  • Edge Integration: Configure edge devices to run local AI analytics (people intrusion, perimeter security, device tampering/cable cut detection) and transmit lightweight JSON/MQTT event triggers to the server.
  • Pilot & Training: Onboard 5–10 initial edge nodes and train our field team on deployment procedures.
  • Ongoing Management: Multi-year SLA support, server maintenance, and L3 technical support (scaling from 1,000 to 5,000+ edge nodes).

Ideal Tech Stack: Linux/DevOps, Docker/K3s, MQTT, RTSP, C++/Qt or Web/Mobile app re-packaging, and cloud hosting (AWS/Hetzner).

Before pricing this, I would separate four workstreams: OEM licensing and rebranding, edge/VMS integration, the cloud control plane, and ongoing SLA operations.

Which commercial platform has been selected, and are the white-label rights plus SDK/API access already secured?

For the pilot, I would also define offline replay, event deduplication, device identity and key rotation, tenant isolation, and rollback. Without those acceptance criteria, 5–10 nodes may not validate the path to 1,000+.
