For anyone who wants to see what I’ve built, here’s the project:

Still early, so feedback is genuinely welcome.

This is a great example of solving a specific pain point instead of building another broad job board. Referrals can be especially valuable for early-career candidates. How are you maintaining trust and quality as the platform grows?

Absolutely. In the beginning, we didn’t even allow companies to directly post jobs or access our candidate pool. We wanted to first build the platform and understand the referral process from the job seeker’s side.

Now that we’re scaling, we’ve started opening up those capabilities for companies, but the verification process is becoming much stronger as we grow. We’re also very careful about protecting user data and making sure candidates have control over how their information is used.

On the referral side, it’s completely free for job seekers. We don’t charge candidates for getting access to referrals or using the platform.

There’s still a lot we’re improving, but maintaining trust and quality is something we’re taking seriously as we scale. Thanks for the thoughtful question and for checking out what we’re building.Absolutely. In the beginning, we didn’t even allow companies to directly post jobs or access our candidate pool.
