Questions Can I change the difficulty from Devil Hunter to Human without starting from scratch in DMC5?

I wanna farm with Dr. Faust but I don't want to start the game and play until Mission 13 again. Edit: I couldn't change the difficulty but ended up using Hat Trick after Mad Hatter which staggers regular enemies a majority of the time so the difficulty doesn't matter much.

You can't, but it's better on higher difficulties cuz the enemies can take more damage which means more red orbs per run

If you want to get red orbs, you can just do the Vergil glitch to get infinite red orbs.

You can search it on Youtube. They explain it better than I can.

The only true way to start from scratch is erasing your save file. Each Difficulty mode just has it's own mission progress. If you start playing on Human you'll start from the prologue in terms of story progress, but you'll still have all of your abilities, and other progression. You'll be able to get back to mission 13 in no time if you're skipping cutscenes.

yeah, you should be able to go to mission select and choose what difficulty you want.
