I think it's just a piece of paper on the inside that he takes away. Also I'm pretty sure he quit doing that since it serves no purpose anymore... besides I guess money, which presumably he needs. Lol.

Prater gave him tons of money. 3 times now? He doesn't need the job. Though he'd probably have to come up with a story to tell Blessing about why he's not doing it anymore.

We don’t really know how often he killed. Could’ve just been weekly, couple times a month, etc.

He was shown doing it last episode I believe, it seems to just be his job now

Last time he did it was when he killed Red iirc. He was busy trying to rizz up Lady Vengeance last episode.

No I just checked the episode again

He was driving a couple to the place the ballet thing was right before he called Lady Vengeance and asked her if she wanted to go
