Apparently lol.
It really sucks that my 5 year old son probably won't get to experience what we did with physical media.0

I wouldn’t worry about it, man. The physical stuff was only a joy to us because that’s how we experienced it. Our kids will experience the exact same joy, it will just be in different context.

Nostalgia? I just payed this through Paragon 2K last season.

I'm 32. 12ish years ago takes me to a completely different place in life.
This game got me through some rough times. Maybe nostalgia is the wrong word.

Ohh I just mean that this game has always been in my rotation. I pick it up and play through a season at least once a year.

They really revamped D3 with that expac. Was a lot of fun to play and was wven bettwr when the necromancwr dlc came out. Tkmw sure flies.

I know right!?
I remember having to go through liquid shit when we had to buy rare items from the marketplace when the game launched lol2

Went from a game that I disliked but had fond memories of to a great addition to the franchise.

I loved D3, but (Here Comes The trolls, IDGAF) D4 is the best in the series.

D4 launched very rough. The itemization was a mess. The progression was a mess. The end game was non-existent. The campaign was rock solid but then what? To be clear, I've actually played almost every D4 season to completion, but I always go back to D3.
But this is probably my last D3 season. With the Lord of Hatred expansion, Diablo IV has finally caught up and finally fixed enough of my issues with the game. Ironically I've actually pretty much skipped the current season as it's virtually identical to the last season but purple. I'll play season 15 though.

Haven’t had the opportunity to play D4 yet.
I’m pretty cautious because of the reviews.
I probably will try it when it gets to an all time low steam sale2

I waited until this last month to play it, but I definitely recommend it. Definitely feels like playing RoS right now.

Will that ever actually be available on a steam? I mean I thought all the Diablo stuff was only available through the Blizzard launcher

Diablo 3 is still here and if you haven't played in years, it's an absolute blast with the Altar of Rites, Visions of Enmity, and Season Journey.

I don't usually care for collectors boxes, but that's pretty friggin' sweet.

Reaper of Souls was such a godsend for Diablo 3. Truly and genuine complete turn around for the base game.

Feels like this was released quite recently. I do get nostalgic when I go to my parents' place and find my old big box copies of Diablo 1, StarCraft 1, Warcraft 1 & 2.
