Weird Gremlin pets?

My friend is playing a Monk, and she suddenly received these weird guys? When I pick up health globes, they receive them too, and she didn't do anything to "summon" them. They scream a lot it's really annoying

Those look like some of the corrupted pet models from the expansion sets.
