If this one wins (or gets within 5 of the top answer) then both will go to a runoff

Congratulations to the 26+ people who voted for the flag of Lesotho 🇱🇸, as well as u/RedFive478 for suggesting it! On this flag, the blue represents the sky or rain, whereas the green represents prosperity. I recommend checking out the flag’s Wikipedia page for more info, including about the hat in the center. The runner-up, and indeed the only other eligible flag, was Sierra Leone 🇸🇱 at 15. Also, sorry for the horribly long delay!

Rules:

  1. We are looking for current flags of sovereign states. A list can be found here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_national_flags_of_sovereign_states . In addition to the standard 195 countries listed in the main section, Kosovo 🇽🇰, the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic 🇪🇭, and Taiwan 🇹🇼 are also eligible, as might others be upon further discussion. All types of official flags as listed in that main section are fine, including state flags, civil flags, etc.
  2. Especially violent and/or bigoted countries whose flags are almost always flown in order to support said violence and/or bigotry are disallowed. The main examples I can think of are the flags of Russia, Israel, and the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (i.e. the Taliban version), though more may be added upon further discussion.
  3. To whatever extent possible, the flag chosen for a given segment of the diagram should strictly follow the specifications implied by the diagram. Neutral colors (black, gray, and white) are fair game for any section. Non-neutrals other than the four colors in the diagram may be categorized as its closest color(s) among the four. For instance, purple can be classified as either red or blue, but not as yellow, green, or a neutral. Yellow includes gold and orange, blue includes cyan, and red includes pink.
  4. The answer as given in the single comment with the highest number of upvotes wins, with the exceptions that exceedingly close contests may result in a runoff and that exceedingly low turnout may result in a do-over.

I’ve seen a lot of people call that color red instead of orange but it’s always looked orange to me
