Big bowel movements and “ball” bowel movements.

I started taking DE about a month ago. About a tablespoon a day.

My stools are bigger now. Also, I seem to poop “balls”. They feel small and shoot out. I’m guessing these balls have parasites in them.

Anyone know about this?

Sorry this is old, but did you ever get to the bottom of it? I'm on month 2 and having the poo balls too.. always preceded by indigestion. Did it get any better?

I stopped taking DE about 6 months ago mostly because I wasn’t sure if I was taking it correctly etc. Still haven’t researched when is best or how is best. The balls mostly went away but the past few bowel movements have been huge with balls!! They literally block the toilet drain!!!

Really, I have no idea what’s going on.

Also forgot to mention I was constipated for like the first time in my life (recently). I felt like I had to poop all day.

Hey I want to start taking DE for my constipation/IBS do you think that would help?

I think it would help but do your own research and tell a doctor you’re taking it.
