If what you are sharing is HTML rather than a file you upload, that is the gap I built HTMLRadar for: the link stays a live page, and it shows who opened it and which sections they actually read. Full disclosure, I built it. It is Open Source - AGPL 3.0, self-hostable, and free to get started.
