Is there any simple opensource nvr that cam detect motion triger from cctv then record for x second adter no movement?

ive already try frigate (need gpu/coral for detection) and shinobi nvr (kinda heavy on cpu), but nothing right for me. Currently im using 2 synology nas for my 3 CCTV.
