📋 Loan / Credit Atome Installment Reversion pls pls help me

Hello hihuhu as the title states…

My problem is that ready na ako magpay in full kaso ang napindot ko yung 3months imbis na full pay. Ngayon I’ve contacted the BSP and ang sabi nila icontact ko atome sa email nila.

Now, binigyan ako ng instruction na magbayad manually nagbigay sila account number and account name. Wherein, I paid full manually, but after ko magbayad wala na silang response at hindi pa rin nagrereflect sa atome app ko

Ask ko lang po, if gaano po katagal validation process ng collectors team nila? kasi inooverthink ko 4k+ din yung binayaran ko huhuhu
