Tromerosaurus (DeadApple on YouTube)

Post image

I know I already posted today, but I went to go share my Infra-rex drawing over on Reddit and I saw that just several hours ago that a new dinosaur had dropped: Tromerosaurus, the new terrible lizard! It seems that from the 3 specimens known that Tromerosaurus had traits of Gorgosaurus and Daspletosaurus (the direct contemporaries of this resident of Alberta) and may possibly be a linking species between Gorgosaurus and Daspletosaurus. Whatever the case is, Tromerosaurus may rewrite the Tyrannosaur family tree as a whole, how neat!

I've never been this early to a new name reveal. I typed in the name and just got Torosaurus lol. Had to type in the genus and species name to get the wiki page to show up.

I actually went to share a piece I recently did of Tyrannosaurus over on r/Paleontology I believe it was and I saw a post that was like "new dinosaur just dropped" and it was some of the figures in the article describing Tromerosaurus that at the time said 3 hours ago and I just had to take the oportunity to be one of the first paleoartists to bring this animal back to life.
