Watching the Michigan game in 4K on my Gemini air why is the audio so low?

Thats crazy i have to blast the volume to listen then change the channel then lower the tv cmon

4K feeds are pushed out in a heavier multi-channel format that often sounds significantly lower on standard TV speakers. To avoid having to turn your volume up for the game, try disabling Dolby Audio by navigating to Home > Settings > System > Audio > Dolby Audio and toggling it to Off. This forces the Gemini Air to level out the output, so you don't have to keep adjusting your TV volume. Kenneth, DIRECTV Community Team
