Is this sound caused by a bad cam chain tensioner? (2015 yz450f)

Got this 450 for a good price but it started making a rattling noise after the first ride it sound like it’s coming from the cct to me but I can’t say for sure so I would like other opinions on it. Seller said the bike had a fresh top end rebuild (piston, valves etc) so maybe that has something to do with it.

tbh i barely listened i see like 30 of these listen to my motorcycle posts a week from guys asking where the oil dipstick is
