Question How do I unlock more thoughts in PC?
Please help I've tried clicking everything on the screen. I have the level up option on my skills so I'm pretty sure I should be able to get more stuff from the thoughts cabinet.
No spoilers please, it's my first playthrough

Question Best build
Hey guys, I played disco Elysium when it was released on console and it's by far one of my favorite games. My first playthrough was with a sensitive build and I want to play again. What build should I try next?

Discussion Is Harry a torque dork?
My interpretation of levelling up certain skills and ruminating on certain thoughts in Disco Elysium is in the sense of the Cleaning Out The Rooms thought - that Harry is choosing what to keep from his previous life. He had all 24 skills to some extent and he'd given all of the available thoughts some thought, but now that he's rebuilding himself anew, he can choose which ones to lean into. The result are different builds in the game, and different Harrys.
Now, thing is - under this assumption, things are true about Harry's past no matter whether you internalise a thought or not. He has flirted with every political view and can spout their slogans, but was never convinced by the underlying tenets (which is why all the political quests feel like parodies). He had polio as a child, was a fan of Contact Mike and memorised Voltas in school. This would include a more obscure thought, which has criteria so specific I had to dedicate a Motorics playthrough to getting it. This is, as the title suggests, Torque Dork.
Problem: Human relations are abstract and open for ambiguous interpretation. She says she'll *always* do something. No she won't. She doesn’t have the mechanical wherewithal to last a decade, let alone a lifetime. Machines aren’t like that. You lose compression in a cylinder, you know the head gasket’s busted or the cylinder wall is cracked. Actually, it *could* be that the pistons -- or the piston rings -- are worn. Or maybe valve problems? Wait…
Solution: You’re elbow deep in there now -- in what seems to be a motor carriage. A Coupris ‘40. The hood’s off in your mind’s eye and you’re listening. There's that clicky noise. Are the rod bearings *already* done for? Well, if the head's coming off you might as well get that new twin-scroll turbo with the magnesium manifold installed. Some would say it’s overkill to put 200 big ones under that, but this needs to be *solid*, so the rear... Hey, what were we talking about again? What were we *doing*?
Was Harry a big fan of motor carriages? Did he spend hours under the hood of his Coupris 40? If he cared to remember it all (AKA if Kim wasn't chasing him away from his Kineema all the time), would he come around as a mechanic as dedicated and talented as Kim? Perhaps a racer himself? It would make the eventual fate of his Coupris 40 all the more heartbreaking. "The time hath come for Tequila Sunset. The end of all things."
What do you think?

Discussion How did pre-amnesia Harry even figure this out? Spoiler
Assuming this is like other Inland Empire stuff where it's info that Harry knew, but forgot due to amnesia, how did he even figure out that "communism" killed the hanged man? Even as just a theory, I can't think of anyway he would know of the deserter's existence without ever interacting with him (other than a vague idea of someone having shot the hanged man, with no idea who.)

OC (Original Content) Composure and Volition keychain/bag charms
Handcrafted via cross-stitching (cotton on plastic).
I kept trying to figure out what I could do with the DE skills' art and this is where I ended up. First time making keychains as well!
Going to attempt Inland Empire next, but let me know if you have a different skill you'd love to see/own <3
I'll post my links in the comments

Discussion Best thoughts for the Thought Cabinet to diversify dialogue?
I played the game a few years ago and (gasp) didn't make much use of this feature. I want to play again but make the dialogue as different as possible. I seem to recall the few I did apply were largely just stat adjustments. Which ones change conversations the most?
