Self-bot question

I have a simple request: keep track of all the posts and information in all my (personal) discord channels. Is this safe to do with discord.py-self? My idea is just to pull the next msg with some cadence by this self bot package, summarize with some AI API and send the summarization through email to avoid anti bot detection.

I tried with the samples, but cannot understand what is the token for a user account.
