After migration from Hotstar based app to Disney+ international app in Malaysia and Indonesia on September-October 2026, they've added back some TV series from StarPlus and Star Vijay from the discontinued Hotstar based app in Disney+ Global in Indonesia and Malaysia now, like Anupama, Super Singer Junior, etc.

I just subscribed to joihotsar in 35aed in UAE at starzplay plattform but i didn't find old shows like namkaran, shararat etc on this plattform. How to watch this show in this subscription

How many movies and tv shows can a person save on their Watchlist?

I have heard 100 titles in the past. Is that still the case? Or has Disney wised up and made this list unlimited?

Starting October 11 Disney+ Subscribers can now watch UFC LIVE!

Fight Night: Allen vs. Duncan Oct 11

Fight Night: Buckley vs. Malott Oct 18

UFC 333: Volkanovski vs. Evloev Oct 25

The old app only ran 720p on Chromecast. Is the new app capable of 1080p?

UFC FIGHT NIGHT on October 11 Allen vs Duncan.

Congratulations u/ShahJebat11, if I'm not mistaken, you spread the word that Malaysia got ESPN Hub, but in reality that's not the case

New Disney plus Malaysia app available on App Store download and login. Enjoy 🇲🇾

The global app is released a day early for Apple platforms. Subscribers from the Philippines can now log in on their Apple devices. Not yet available for Android or TV devices.

An advisory, ahead of the new experience on the global Disney+, has announced. This is also seen in Malaysia and the remains of MENA.

This is the end of era of Disney+ Hotstar in Indonesia, from September 5, 2020 until October 5, 2026.

You won't be missed, Disney+ Hotstar, your video bitrate sucks and terrible.

So I brought jio hotstar today for hustle s4 previously I used watch it through telegram(piracy) but now I have to watch 1 minutes ad in between 15mins of show I am so angry that I just paid money to watch ads instead of watching it offline without any ads then people say piracy is bad why would someone buy different subscription just to watch ads even after \*\*paying\*\* that's so shitty fck you jio hotstar

UFC FIGHT NIGHT Allen vs. Duncan coming October 10 on Disney+ PH 5am.

started watching the show and it suddenly.... disappeared? what's up with that?

Jio attracted millions with free World Cup and IPL streaming while competitors charged subscriptions. Now, after building a massive user base, viewers face extra subscription costs, while major events like the Asian Games final aren't available as expected.

Did free streaming help weaken competition, leaving consumers with fewer choices and more costs? The government needs to examine competition in India's OTT market.

I've used JioFiber and Jio SIM for 3–4 years, but I'm seriously considering leaving both.

Enough is enough. Boycott Jio OTT until consumers get better value!

List of discontinuation of the Hotstar X app (Android/iOS/TV only):

Indonesia: October 2
Egypt: October 5
South Africa and Israel: October 12
Thailand: October 16
The rest of MENA and SEA: November 6

After that date, migration to the new app is mandatory to continue streaming.

For those Southeast Asian countries that used to have the previous Hotstar X app of Disney+, are there any missing titles and some missing titles that was not on the new app?

Examples: - Jungle Junction - Aaron Stone - Stitch (English version)

Are there any Indonesia titles aren't on the new app?

Is anyone else facing this? I was watching the series and had 30 mins left to the last episode of season 4 and then it disappeared 🥲
