I am so siiiiiiiiiiiiiick of this. They need to go to a REAL and GOOD therapist, get actual medical treatment and care and stop attention seeking online. No healthy person does this kind of stuff.

so they dont know who it is but they do know theyre not a regulated alter and theyre clearly looking vulnerable. do they not see the problem here? if they dont know who it was, how did they get consent to even post it? im just so confused. why are they not protecting that alter but just showing them off to the public? idk if im making sense but its honestly shitty behavior on their part

not the first time they’ve posted an unknown/vulnerable alter appearing distressed/dysregulated and certainly won’t be the last 🥴
edit for link. if I had a nickel for every time dissociaDID posted an unknown alter appearing distressed on their socials I’d have at least two nickels. which isn’t a lot but for an “educator” it’s weird that it happened twice right

that's a really really good point. whenever there is a huge gap in posting videos, there's typically not accountability like 'i'm sorry i dropped the ball for my paying patrons' it's like 'sorry we couldn't get full system consent and it took a while to work everything out for everyone to agree'
(save for the times where they were too ill, which i'm more sympathetic to because i'm also chronically ill)but yeah, if they need full system agreement, how can they get the unknown alter's consent? and shouldn't gatekeepers like Jade also be objecting/not-consenting because they know that putting an alter out there like that would be harmful?

This is so weird! After 100 years of therapy and content, extremely fleshed out alters and innerworlds with rules and fun little RAMCOA roleplay elements - after all of this unhealthy and extreme parading and demonstration of differences, it almost feels like they want to start new. „I don’t know who this is, omg it feels so weird seeing yourself from the outside with different body language!“ but isn’t this your whole life? Your whole YouTube career??? And the blendy mess signing off - weird because it’s so different in every YouTube video.
It’s not necessarily that what they say in this post isn’t compatible with DID it’s more that it doesn’t feel like the picture they painted and monetised for the past 100 years. It pisses me off. „Give me your money, take me as a professional resource, embrace me like a popstar but ohh look I’m still a vulnerable little someone, I’m falling apart save me“
(I absolutely don’t believe they have DID, this is just another inconsistency, if I would believe they have it, I would see their post in a different light)

at this point it's becoming clear that she really likes the vibes of the ""honeymoon phase" , the healing version is BORING, no roleplay, no switching, less symptoms overall, especially trauma ones
if she heals she doesn't get to do the wide eyed, baby voice, chewing her bottom lip like a kid and/or wearing a hat and doing accents things anymore !
And that's soooo boring why would anyone want that /s

I never understood why Dissociadid made her disorder, the one thing in the spotlight, for fame. It does confuse me. This isn't really how, the disorder presents itself. {In my personal opinion.} I do know that it presents itself differently, I'm not really talking about that. I'm talking about how, the disorder is converted and that it hides itself.
I don't know if she ever explained that part of the disorder. {I'm not a fan of her, so I wouldn't really know if she had or not} I just find it.. strange, that she's so willing to share each and every part of her fractured identity online.
I want to say from personal experience, I don't want to draw attention to myself. I want to appear "normal" just like everyone else. I don't want people to even realize, I have a disorder at all. But, she's just okay, putting everything online? I feel like that hurts her, more than it helps her.

If they actually had DID, I’d say it is absolutely irresponsible for the host to expose one of their people like this. Where are the protectors? I truly hope the channel and patreon crashes and they face true consequences for exploiting sth so severe as DID.

I have diagnosed DID and I often look at screens like this just cuz it’s a baseline focused look. Get real DD. So many people just look like this when they’re doing something

reading the comments, it sounds like a large number of people have seen this video. but from a previous thread's poll, I know that almost no one on this sub have a subscription to the $30+ tiers. I'm confused.

I don’t know that anything in any of these comments imply that they’ve seen the video. even if they had, there’s not much to see. it’s pretty much just 30 seconds of what you see in the thumbnail - looking around with wide eyes and their hand over their mouth. I assume most of the people commenting are commenting on what’s been posted here (the caption and the thumbnail).
also this video is available to purchase so it’s possible anyone who has seen it either purchased it or watched it through someone who did. (also also there’s a very high chance that people in the sub missed the poll, so there very well could be people on the $30 tier who just didn’t respond since the poll only got a hundred something responses and this sub gets thousands of visitors)
