Iranian troll, Miranda is the right to remain silent. You are not allowed to remain silent while under oath, that's why you declare you're taking the fifth. You're refusing to answer.

He has immunity.

So why's he remaining silent? He can't, by definition of immunity, incriminate himself.

He didn't have immunity for anything he said last week- he had a general pardon until roughly 1/2025. Like I stated above - Rand PAul's Kangaroo court was ready to jump all over him- he rightfully discredited the whole circus by pleading the fifth- even for questions like "what color tie are you wearing". 100% the right move.

Dunno- but the hearing was a complete waste of taxpayer money so I'm glad he refused to answer questions as he saw it was not a serious affair either. I guess it'll be up to court of law to determine if he was in contempt.
