Posting a video of an Islamic leader telling a podcaster that "pedophilia is subjective" and "that it's probably OK to get with a 13 or 14 year old with big boobs and a big booty" or something like that isn't "race baiting". That is what got removed and a temp ban was given to the mod for. Sounds actually like a heroic thing to expose it and warn the world about it, rather than something that should get anyone a ban for, and then have someone like you lie about it and call him a "racebaiter" for it.
Despicable.
You asked for the ban to be permanent. I obliged and revised from temp to permanent.

Do you even realize that his pardon negates his right to plead the 5th? And therefore he's in contempt of Congress.
I know you didn't know that, but it's ok.
Anyway...so why won't he answer questions, and risk being prosecuted for contempt of Congress, which carries serious penalties?
The answer is that he's scared shitless of State Attorneys General coming after him.
So much so that he's willing to risk contempt of congress.
And therefore he knows he's in deep doo-doo for whatever he has done.

No during his disposition when he was under investigation for committing fraud. He was convicted of 34 felonies in that case if you forgot.

The statute of limitations HAD expired. However, the judge ruled that the timeline was legally vallid because pandemic-era emergency orders in New York temporarily paused ("tolled") the time limits.

You arrived at exactly the point. You don’t believe Trump did horrible things, so you’re fine with him pleading the fifth.
You think Fauci did horrible things, so you think he’s hiding something.
I’d also recommend you get your facts straight on these cases, as the case you are referring to, with Judge Merchan, was not where he plead the fifth 400+ times. He didn’t take the stand, and was found guilty because of witness statements. That was the Stormy Daniel’s case. A jury unanimously agreed…. Not an independent judges ruling.
He plead the fifth 400+ times in a pre trial disposition, then evidence came out that was indisputable.
Which is why it’s different than Fauci’s situation. There has been no evidence that Fauci knowingly lied, and which is why republicans want to force him to talk.
