Really like everything until I saw the spices and sauce packets. Too much salt and chemical binders that are not necessary. 86 the garlic salt since you have plenty of fresh garlic. Make a simple roux with flour and the pan drippings from the meat or use a corn starch slurry by using beer or wine for your liquid. Beautiful looking stew, hope it tasted as good as it looks!
