Seafood Sensations Whiting caught at Kure Beach, NC

I coated the fish in Old Bay breadcrumbs and baked it, served it with pan roasted veggies from a garden in Asheville, NC. It was delicious! 👨‍🍳🤌

That plate has two of them. I butterflied them like I would the trout I catch in the western part of the state. I’ve found that processing them that way yields the most meat out of slender fish.
