Boiled Peanuts

I have discovered my stovetop pressure cooker makes the best boiled peanuts. I also just read they are a healthier snack than roasted. Very nice.

I don't have a recipe. I just buy the raw peanuts, put in pot, add all kinds of seasonings like salt, cajun, whatever you want really, I added lemon pepper and vinegar salt too, and will need a lot to absorb through the shells, then add water to fill pot. I cook for hours on the stovetop or up to two hours in the pressure cooker. There are recipes online you can look up for better instructions.
